Airspace Indoor Skydiving is a Belgian indoor skydiving centre in Charleroi, founded in 2014 by parachuting enthusiasts Jonas Van Wesel and Eddy Vande Vonder. As one of Belgium’s first indoor freefall simulators, it welcomes first-time flyers, families, groups, businesses and experienced skydivers. Its wind tunnel stands 17 metres high, with a 4.
5-metre diameter, and can generate airflow of up to 310 km/h. Flights are available for adults, children aged four to twelve, and groups, with packages that include a safety briefing, equipment and instructor demonstration; media and a “Human Flight” diploma may also be available. Experienced flyers can practise and develop indoor skydiving skills through the Proflyer programme, with coached sessions and technical guidance.
Airspace also offers gift vouchers, birthday experiences, and corporate team-building and seminar packages. Businesses can make use of meeting rooms, catering and guided tours, while visitors can access photos and videos from their session. The centre provides coaching and instruction, with participation subject to age, weight and health conditions
