Air Vega Germany

Air Vega Germany is a property development and sales brand presenting residential projects in Germany. Its featured development is a completed, high-quality apartment building on Schillerstraße at the corner of Weststraße in Schkeuditz, close to the town centre and within convenient reach of Leipzig by car, tram or S-Bahn. The company describes its approach as combining its construction experience with careful project planning, selected specialist contractors and quality materials from German and Italian manufacturers.

The building contains 27 homes across three entrances, with three- and four-room apartments and three penthouses featuring large roof terraces and panoramic views. Homes have east-west orientation, and some also receive light from the north or south. Each unit includes a storage cellar and an underground parking space. Building amenities include fibre-optic internet, central gas heating and hot water supported by an air-source heat pump with cooling capability, and the option to install an electric-vehicle charging station in the garage.
