AISA is the trusted professional learning community for international schools in Africa. We support school leaders, educators, and teams with research-informed training, leadership development, wellbeing practices, and strategic guidance designed for African contexts and delivered with care, clarity, and relevance. From our base in East Africa, AISA serves a diverse membership of schools navigating the challenges and opportunities of international education across the continent and beyond. We help schools thrive by connecting them to global best practices, and to one another. What sets AISA apart is our approach. We operate at the intersection of global expertise and African realities, curating knowledge, building capacity, and walking alongside schools as true partners. Whether designing a professional learning pathway or co-creating strategic frameworks, AISA fosters lasting impact through shared ownership. We celebrate the beauty, diversity, and complexity of the African continent, not just as our setting, but as part of our identity. We are a platform, a facilitator, and a connector, rooted in context and committed to helping schools grow, serve, and innovate. Together, we are transforming education in Africa and beyond.
