Sünnitusmajade Fond, also known as the Maternity Hospitals Foundation, is a nonprofit organization established in the year 2000. It is the successor of the Pelgulinna Maternity Hospital Support Foundation. The mission of the foundation is to contribute to the start of a new life by providing support to all maternity departments across Estonia. They aim to create a modern environment with state-of-the-art equipment, in addition to the love of the parents and the expertise of the doctors and midwives.

The foundation offers various projects and initiatives to support maternity hospitals. They provide training programs for medical personnel, including the use of high-tech simulators to simulate premature newborns. They also supply essential equipment such as KTG machines and delivery beds to hospitals in different regions of Estonia. In addition, the foundation collaborates with Estonian artists, photographers, and musicians through their online art store, where the proceeds from the sales are directed towards supporting safe births.
