AITO Defense Training

AITO Defense Training is a self-defense club based at the Jardin des Sports dojo in Montceaux, in the Ain department of France. Affiliated with the French Karate Federation (FFKDA), the association teaches a practical approach informed by intervention techniques, with an emphasis on tactical discipline, active awareness and realistic responses to unexpected situations. Classes are open to children from age seven, teenagers and adults, and are delivered in a structured, safety-conscious setting.

Alongside physical self-defense skills, training includes Vigipirate awareness and instruction in basic first-aid procedures. AITO Defense Training offers regular classes and training courses, and its activities also include the Coupe de France. Prospective members can attend two free trial sessions, and registration is open throughout the year.

The club also highlights support options that can help families with enrollment, including Pass’Sport, the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Pass’Région and the Carte Jeune 01. Its stated aim is to help participants develop practical skills and principles that improve their ability to respond effectively when situations are uncertain
