Why was ORANA created? The answer is simple. To create a better housing solution for everyone. When this business began more than 12 years ago, modular construction was a practical, affordable way for people to create extra space and opportunity on their properties. Since then, the market has changed dramatically. Housing affordability has become one of the biggest challenges facing families — and what was once an alternative building method is now one of the most realistic pathways for people to create space for family, generate income or add value to what they own. Along the way we have delivered thousands of projects right across the country. We have worked with families, investors, businesses, government departments and global brands like Audi and John Deere. Our homes have been showcased on Better Homes and Gardens and Open Homes Australia. But none of that is what we are most proud of. What I am most proud of is that for more than a decade we have listened to customers, learned from real-world experience, and continuously refined not just our buildings but the entire experience that surrounds them. I am still in the business every day — working alongside the team, speaking with customers, looking for the next improvement. Because I genuinely care about what we are building. Not just the homes.
