The Associação de Jovens Diabéticos de Portugal (AJDP) is a Portuguese nonprofit social solidarity institution supporting young people living with diabetes and their families. Run entirely through the voluntary work of its directors and members, the association aims to challenge misconceptions about diabetes and help young people manage the condition with greater confidence and independence.

AJDP connects members through activities that encourage peer support, learning and social inclusion.
