AJE Burgos is an independent, nonprofit association founded in 1993 to represent and support entrepreneurs under 40 in Burgos. It promotes self-employment, business creation and the development of a stronger local and regional economy, guided by democratic principles and political independence. The association serves aspiring entrepreneurs as well as established businesses, helping them move from an initial idea to a viable venture and supporting companies as they grow.
Its services include practical training, information and business advice through AprendizAJE and EmprendizAJE, alongside free guidance at Espacio Emprende. AJE Burgos also helps entrepreneurs identify potential sources of financing and offers individualized follow-up to businesses based in its incubator through tutelAJE. Members can build professional connections through networking breakfasts, entrepreneur discussions and informal gatherings. The association organizes events that celebrate and encourage enterprise, including the Young Entrepreneur Award, Entrepreneur Day and the Business Project Competition. AJE Burgos is part of the national AJE Confederation and the European network of young entrepreneurs, connecting its members with a broader business community.
