Akademia Karate

Akademia Karate Anny Ranoszek is a martial arts and personal-development academy serving families and individuals in Poznań and nearby Dąbrówka, Palędzie and Zalasewo. Founded by instructor Ania Ranoszek, the academy presents karate as a way to build confidence, resilience, respect and emotional awareness alongside physical skills. Classes welcome children, teenagers and adults at different levels, with activities adapted to participants’ ages and abilities in a supportive, safety-conscious environment.

The program combines karate techniques and forms with Brazilian jiu-jitsu elements, Go-Now sword activities, coordination and balance exercises, obstacle courses, and games that develop focus. Families can train together in parent-and-child groups, including sessions for younger children and those aged six and up. The academy also offers children’s and youth classes, adult training, and “Little Karateka” sessions for preschool groups.

Led by a founder with extensive competitive and coaching experience, the academy emphasizes cooperation, self-discipline and healthy confidence rather than winning at all costs. Prospective members can book a free trial class, and monthly participation does not require a contract.
