Akademia Nauk Stosowanych w Raciborzu

The University of Applied Sciences in Racibórz is a public higher education institution located in southern Poland, in the Silesian Voivodeship. We combine academic education with practical preparation for professional careers and further development. Our study programmes are designed with the needs of the modern labour market in mind. We cooperate closely with businesses, public institutions, local authorities, as well as national and international partners. We focus on knowledge that can be applied in practice – through practical classes, projects, internships and direct contact with professional environments. One of our strengths is proximity: close relationships between students and lecturers, strong ties with the region and its needs, and at the same time openness to international cooperation, exchange of experience and new opportunities. We create an academic environment where students can gain not only a degree, but also practical skills, professional experience and valuable connections. We continuously develop our educational offer, support academic and social initiatives, cooperate with employers and actively contribute to the life of Racibórz and the wider region. As a university of applied sciences, we place particular emphasis on practical learning. Our students work with both academic lecturers and experienced practitioners, take part in projects and conferences, and benefit from international programmes and cooperation with external partners. Our goal is to provide a strong starting point for those beginning their professional journey, as well as for people who want to develop new skills and continue growing. Practical knowledge. Real opportunities. University of Applied Sciences in Racibórz – close to the region, open to the world.
