Akademia Sportu Pobiegane

Akademia Sportu Pobiegane is a sports school focused on helping children build confidence, movement skills and a strong foundation for physical activity. It offers classes for children aged five and older, teenagers and adults in Kielce, Szydłowiec, Skarżysko-Kamienna and Pierzchnica. Training develops athletic fundamentals such as running, jumping and throwing, alongside speed, coordination, strength and endurance that can support participation in many sports.

Sessions are adapted to participants’ ages, abilities and experience, so beginners are welcome and no previous sports background is required. Small groups of four to ten allow for individual attention, with an emphasis on safe technique, steady progress and enjoyment rather than pressure to compete. The academy also provides running plans, individual training, swimming lessons and tailored sessions for children with special needs.

Participants who wish to compete can take part in sporting events. Led by a coach with sporting and educational experience, Pobiegane aims to make training engaging, supportive and suited to each participant’s needs
