The International Academy Traunkirchen, founded in 2009 by quantum physicist Anton Zeilinger, is dedicated to nurturing talented young individuals in the fields of science and technology and fostering a passion for research. Catering to different audiences, the academy provides one-day courses for pupils, allowing them to engage with scientists and delve into subjects such as astrophysics, stem cell research, quantum physics, and mechatronics.

Additionally, highly motivated students and junior researchers from Austrian Universities can join workshops to discuss interdisciplinary topics alongside internationally recognized researchers and artists.
