Akanksha Pandey

Akanksha Pandey Wellness is a gut-health and chronic-condition practice founded by practitioner and gut health scientist Akanksha Pandey. Its approach combines Functional Medicine and Ayurveda, emphasizing possible root causes and care tailored to individual biology. Pandey reports more than ten years of clinical practice and works with clients in over 25 countries, including people with complex or persistent health concerns.

The brand’s central offering is GutIQ™, a patented diagnostic system designed to make gut symptoms measurable. A short quiz assesses symptoms and daily patterns, then provides a score, a dominant gut type, and a personalized, phased roadmap. Clients can use the score to track progress and explore practical next steps instead of relying on generic diet plans. The practice also offers PURO, a personalized program for chronic conditions, described as using food-first interventions and deeper testing. Services and guidance are delivered remotely, with programs and resources available through TheGutiQ.com. Akanksha Pandey Wellness also welcomes media features, speaking engagements, and collaborations focused on gut health and chronic disease.
