AKB, København is a non-profit housing association providing affordable rental homes in Copenhagen and the surrounding area. With more than 9,000 homes across over 75 housing departments, it offers a range of options for different stages of life, including family, youth, senior and care housing, as well as shared-living communities. The association also develops new homes, with future projects planned for a variety of residents and needs.
Prospective tenants can register for the waiting list through KAB, which administers AKB, København’s homes and housing applications. Residents and applicants can find information about individual housing departments, including contact details and practical services where available. The organisation also provides guidance on housing support, changing housing needs, tenancy matters and resident participation.
