About Asociace komunitní energetiky
Akecr is a voluntary association that aims to support the decentralization of energy and the development of energy communities across the Czech Republic. They bring together all the creators of community energy and advocate for their interests at international, national, and regional levels. Akecr provides a collective voice for energy associations in the field of community energy and offers opportunities for community energy producers.
Their vision is to raise awareness about community energy and the potential of utilizing clean energy from sustainable sources. Akecr members are owners of renewable energy community resources such as solar, wind, and hydro power plants. Akecr connects these members, negotiates better conditions on their behalf, and provides them with up-to-date information in the energy sector.
