Akhetonics

Akhetonics is a pioneering brand focused on the development of all-optical general-purpose processors. Our mission is simple: harness the speed of light to create high-performance networking and security hardware, such as routers, firewalls, and deep packet inspection tools. Unlike traditional solutions that rely on converting light to electrical signals and back, our innovative technology removes these steps, significantly improving transfer speed and energy efficiency.

One of the key benefits of our approach is its environmental impact. By transmitting light through waveguides instead of moving electrons, our processors and transistor designs are not only more energy efficient but also utilize established node technologies with environmentally friendly base materials. Furthermore, our all-optical system offers unparalleled versatility.

With no dependence on electrons, our solutions are inherently electrically isolated and immune to electromagnetic interference. From mouse sensors to fiber optic internet, our technology eliminates the electron-middle-man, bringing the benefits of photonics everywhere. Moreover, our technology is compatible with future quantum computers, and we are actively developing integration capabilities for when this technology hits the market.

We have also developed in-house design automation software, AtetDesigner, which streamlines the process of creating photonic devices. At Akhetonics, we are a passionate and international team dedicated to revolutionizing computing with photons. Join us on our mission to create the world's first all-optical general-purpose processor.
