AK Security Consultants

AK Security Consultants, LLC is a Maine-based physical security consulting and protective services firm serving businesses, organizations, houses of worship, nonprofits, executives, public figures, journalists and private clients. Its approach is practical and discreet, with recommendations shaped around each client’s people, environment, operations and actual risks rather than a standard package.

Services include security assessments and risk evaluations, physical security consulting, protective planning, emergency preparedness, training and ongoing advisory support. Assessments can review properties, access control, procedures, operations and emergency plans to identify vulnerabilities and prioritize sensible improvements. The firm also provides executive and private protection for clients facing elevated or changing risks. Depending on the circumstances, this may involve advance planning, protective intelligence, threat assessment, secure transportation and movement planning, site or venue coordination, and armed protective personnel.

AK Security Consultants emphasizes prevention, clear communication, confidentiality and preparedness, and advises clients on appropriate measures without pushing unnecessary services or equipment. Based in Gray, Maine, the firm serves clients throughout the state and may support assignments elsewhere.
