About Aktiv mot kreft
Aktiv mot kreft is a brand that works towards incorporating personalized training as part of cancer treatment. They establish training centers called Pusterom on cancer hospitals in Norway and support research on the effects of physical activity on cancer. They also collaborate with Norges Idrettshøgskole and Oslo University Hospital to train AKTIVinstructors.
The foundation also works internationally, in the USA and Ethiopia. In addition to their physical training centers, they now offer digital training through PUSTEROMMET LIVE, allowing you to exercise from the comfort of your own home. Aktiv mot kreft aims to make exercise an integral part of cancer treatment, as research shows that physical activity can be beneficial for most cancer patients.
