Aktywne Dzieciaki

Aktywne Dzieciaki is a children’s physical activity program in Puławy and the surrounding area, delivered by the Student Sports Club “Dziewiątka” (UKS “Dziewiątka”). Founded by experienced coach Agata Kantorska, the initiative encourages healthy, active living rather than treating every child as a competitive athlete. Its afternoon classes for children aged 4–6 combine movement and fun with activities designed to develop agility, flexibility, speed, balance, endurance, and good posture. Sessions draw on gymnastics, corrective gymnastics, athletics, movement games, and team sports, while promoting cooperation, perseverance, and fair play.

For ages 7–10, the club’s UKS 9 – Kids program provides a further stage of multisport development and introduces children to regular training. Activities are adapted to age groups and include physical, technical, and tactical preparation for volleyball. Older participants aged 11–18 can progress to volleyball training and represent the club, city, and county in youth competitions. Aktywne Dzieciaki offers qualified coaching and age-appropriate opportunities to build fitness, enjoy exercise, and develop sporting skills.
