Akusherstvo Club is a maternity and family-support organization in Moscow focused on helping parents make informed choices throughout pregnancy, birth and the early months with a baby. Its services include individual midwife and doula support, childbirth preparation in person and online, and guidance on choosing a midwife, maternity hospital or birth centre. The organization also offers partner-focused classes, newborn-care education, first-aid training and professional education for specialists.

Support continues after birth through home visits, breastfeeding consultations, infant swimming, postpartum taping and other recovery services. Families can explore birth-centre options, join discussions and events, and find resources on topics such as breech presentation and birth by caesarean section. Akusherstvo Club describes its approach as “soft birth,” emphasizing individualized care, evidence-based medicine and avoiding unnecessary interventions. It also reports holding a medical licence covering 35 areas of activity and says more than 17,000 mothers have entrusted it with their births. The organization operates from the Paveletskaya area of Moscow and provides a shop and service schedules through its website.
