Akvarius is a water-filtration brand focused on making everyday showers gentler on skin and hair. Its products are designed to reduce chlorine and chloramine, PFAS, heavy metals, pesticides, rust, sediment, and other unwanted contaminants before they reach the shower. The brand says its filtration system uses an engineered sequence of materials and optimized contact time while maintaining strong water flow.

Akvarius’s main product is an inline shower filter, designed to fit most shower setups, including handheld and rain showers. The filter has a replaceable cartridge, and the company also offers replacement cartridges and installation and replacement guides. Its website describes the product as tested for chlorine and PFAS and cites a 28-day SGS skin evaluation. Akvarius presents cleaner shower water as a way to support softer, more hydrated-feeling skin and smoother, shinier hair, while noting customer-reported improvements in dryness and redness. Customers can find local water-quality information through the site’s address-based search tool. Akvarius also offers free U.S. shipping and a first-order discount, according to its website.
