Al-Aman is an online legacy-planning service designed to help Muslim families in Malaysia prepare for the future in accordance with Islamic principles. Al-Aman offers two complementary estate-planning options: Wasiat, a written instruction for distributing part of an estate after death, and Hibah, a voluntary gift of property made during a person’s lifetime. Both are prepared within frameworks developed with guidance from a dedicated Shariah advisory panel and are intended to align with Islamic inheritance principles and Malaysian inheritance law.
Rather than simply providing forms for users to complete on their own, Al-Aman offers guidance to help families consider their needs and understand how their choices may relate to Faraid. Its online process is available at any time, enabling users to begin preparing documents at their convenience.
