L’Arpège is the Paris restaurant of chef Alain Passard, located on Rue de Varenne in the city’s 7th arrondissement. Presented as a three-star restaurant, it brings together the work of the chef, gardeners and other producers, with a focus on provenance, craftsmanship and seasonal ingredients.
