Fundación A LA PAR is dedicated to working with individuals with intellectual disabilities to uphold their rights and promote their participation in society. With 70 years of experience, we have been accompanying and empowering vulnerable individuals to reach their full potential and create positive change in our society. Our foundation believes that every person has unique talents waiting to be discovered.

That's why we provide comprehensive and specialized training to individuals with intellectual disabilities, starting from the age of 12, until they can enter the job market. Through our programs, they learn to be independent and self-sufficient, gradually transforming both their lives and our society. We also focus on promoting employment opportunities for everyone, as we believe that work is essential for individual independence.

Our aim is to ensure that individuals with disabilities can fully participate and showcase their excellence in the workforce. At Fundación A LA PAR, we strive to create a society where independence, sports, friendships, and family are accessible to all. We firmly believe that with the necessary support, individuals with disabilities can live fulfilling lives just like everyone else.

We are also pioneers in providing therapeutic support for individuals with intellectual disabilities who have experienced abuse, mental illness, or other challenges.
