Founded around owner Alireza Alasti’s interest in the market and Italian food, the stand offers high-quality products discovered on his travels, with a focus on traditional, small-scale producers. Its selection includes fresh cheeses and meats, olive oils, vinegars, wines, grappa, liqueurs, and truffle specialties, including truffle cheese and fresh truffles.

Visitors can enjoy freshly prepared dishes at the stand, with menu options such as antipasti platters, cheese plates, salads, carpaccio, burrata, and seafood salad. Food and drinks are also available to take away, packaged in paper bags and cups. Alasti provides business catering for gatherings ranging from small client meetings to events for up to 500 guests. Catering choices include canapés, salads, soups, finger food, buffets, and five-course meals, tailored to each occasion.
