ALBA E-Waste Singapore provides e-waste collection and recycling services for residents, organisations and companies. Its programme offers several ways to dispose of unwanted electronics, including mapped e-bin locations at supermarkets, malls, community centres and HDB void decks, as well as quarterly collection drives organised with town councils. Residents can also arrange doorstep collection, and ALBA offers free islandwide doorstep collection for large household appliances, including desktop monitors and air-conditioners.
For bulky e-waste, residents may contact their local town council about removal. Retailers of regulated consumer products are required to provide a free one-for-one take-back service for disposal when customers purchase a replacement. Items covered by ALBA’s guidance include computers, printers, mobile phones, monitors, lighting, batteries, televisions, refrigerators, washing machines and dryers.
The website also provides information on regulated e-waste, disposal guidance, data security, collection programmes and recycling locations. Through these services and resources, ALBA helps the public find practical routes for handling unwanted electronic products in Singapore
