Alba EMS is a Scotland-based event medical provider formed in 2024 by clinicians and event professionals. Drawing on NHS and pre-hospital experience, the company plans and delivers medical cover for events in Glasgow, Ayrshire, North Ayrshire and across Scotland. Its teams support community gatherings, sporting events, road races, festivals, motorsport, Highland Games, concerts, corporate events and other live entertainment.

Services include on-site clinical teams, road and 4x4 emergency ambulances with blue-light response capability, mobile and static treatment centres, cycle response teams, and access to doctors and specialist clinicians where appropriate. Alba EMS can also provide welfare and treatment areas, including supervised alcohol and drug treatment provision. Cover is tailored to each event and may be deployed in static, mobile or off-road configurations.

The company supports organisers throughout the process, from medical risk assessments, site inspections and bespoke planning to Safety Advisory Group attendance, on-the-day medical management and post-event debriefs. Its approach aims to align organisers, venues and emergency services, with plans based on event needs and recognised industry guidance.
