The City School District of Albany is dedicated to providing an academically challenging, safe, and welcoming experience for all students. With over 1,700 faculty and staff, we serve approximately 9,000 students across 16 schools, including 12 elementary schools, three middle schools, and Albany High School. Our comprehensive high school also features a career and technical education center, offering additional innovative academic opportunities.

Our district is guided by a strong vision, mission, and goals that prioritize raising achievement and ensuring equity in education for each of our students. We have implemented the district's first Equity in Education Policy, which underscores our commitment to providing equal opportunities for all. At the City School District of Albany, we strive to engage every learner in a robust educational program that equips them with the necessary knowledge and skills for success.
