Alberta Recycling Management Authority (ARMA) is a brand that manages the recycling of various materials in Alberta, including electronics, paint, tires, and used oil. With a vision of inspiring a future without waste, ARMA offers a range of stewardship programs to help Albertans dispose of these materials responsibly. Their Electronics Recycling Program has been in operation since 2004, allowing residents to recycle their end-of-life TVs and computer equipment.

Since 2008, their Paint Recycling Program has diverted millions of liters of paint and empty containers from landfills. The Tires Recycling Program, which started in 1992, has successfully recycled millions of tires. Additionally, since 1997, their Used Oil Program has been recycling billions of liters of used lubricating oil, oil filters, and oil containers.

ARMA works closely with over 430 registered recycling depots throughout Alberta to ensure convenient drop-off locations for these materials. Through their stewardship programs, they aim to create a stronger and healthier Alberta by providing efficient recycling solutions and promoting environmental responsibility. As a not-for-profit organization, ARMA serves as the administration and oversight authority for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).
