Alcea Psicología

Alcea Psicología is a psychology centre in Madrid with more than 15 years of experience in clinical assessment and treatment. Its team of qualified psychologists offers a supportive, professional setting to help people understand the causes of their difficulties, improve emotional wellbeing and build lasting changes. The centre begins with a free initial assessment, using a phone conversation and interview to understand each person’s needs and recommend an appropriate therapist and treatment. Therapy is tailored to the individual, with clinical assessment, therapeutic intervention and follow-up to review progress.

Services include adult psychotherapy, online therapy, couples therapy, child and adolescent therapy, family therapy, support for expatriates, and therapy for psychologists. The team addresses concerns such as anxiety, stress, depression, panic attacks, phobias, sleep difficulties, trauma, grief, low self-esteem, relationship problems, work challenges and eating disorders. It also works with more complex mental health conditions and can coordinate with a psychiatrist when needed. Alcea describes its approach as integrative, combining techniques to address both symptoms and underlying causes.
