Alchemy Peinture

Alchemy is a French decorative paints and finishes brand founded in 2007 by Thierry Pierre. Developed through collaboration among decorators, restorers and chemists, its range draws on three decades of experience and combines traditional techniques and historic materials with contemporary, innovative products. Alchemy offers paints, plasters and decorative finishes for interior design, building work, heritage restoration and creative leisure.

Its materials include lime paints and finishes, distemper, decorative and textured effects, as well as primers, protective coatings and finishing products. Pigments, whiting, marble powder and fat lime help create varied, durable finishes. The company states that 99% of the paints it uses are water-dilutable.

Products are made and packaged in the Nantes region, while its wooden display supports are produced by a vocational reintegration organization that supports the participation of people with disabilities. Beyond supplying materials, Alchemy provides technical training, project and job-site assistance, product guidance, and advice on application methods and substrates. Its team helps customers select products and develop decorative effects for their projects
