ALED, established in 2017, is a prominent libertarian and free enterprise think tank located in Entebbe, Uganda. The organization is dedicated to championing peace and human flourishing across Uganda and the African continent. ALED actively promotes the principles of individual liberty, free markets, property rights, limited government, and the rule of law, striving to create a society where individuals can live according to their own terms, thereby fostering overall prosperity.

ALED's extensive services include education and training programs that introduce young generations to the concepts of a free society, advocacy and outreach efforts aimed at raising community awareness, and independent research to influence public policy. The think tank has achieved notable milestones, including establishing a national libertarian library and creating numerous student-led chapters across universities. ALED also hosts various events like the Africa Liberty Camp, which gathers youth for discussion and networking, reinforcing their mission of empowering individuals and promoting economic development for a better future.
