Alena Zaha

Alena Zaha offers holistic support for people and horses, focusing on wellbeing, self-regulation and the quality of their relationship. Her approach brings together body awareness, movement and mindful interaction, with services tailored to each person’s and horse’s needs. Work can involve both partners, the person alone or the horse alone.

For horses, services include holistic riding education, health-focused riding and the original BOWEN® technique, a gentle, non-invasive muscle and fascia approach intended to support the horse’s natural self-regulation and wellbeing. Riding education and therapy are available for children, young people and adults, across experience levels and riding styles. Participants can work with carefully selected, trained horses, so owning a horse is not required.

Alena also provides body-oriented sessions for people independently of horses, as well as support for horses through training, rehabilitation and boarding arrangements at Heinrichshof in Gründau. Her practice emphasizes trust, consistency and sustainable development rather than performance, and can include structured guidance for people who feel anxious or uncertain around horses.
