– Alena Obrtelová

Alena Obrtelová is a transformational coach who supports women through periods of change and personal development. Her work is for women who want to reconnect with their own needs, understand themselves more deeply, and find a direction that feels meaningful to them. She offers individual coaching tailored to each client’s story, goals, and circumstances, as well as support during difficult periods such as crises, exhaustion, or feeling lost. Her services also include gentle work with the body and emotions to help clients explore their experiences and release tension.

Alena aims to create a safe, respectful space where clients can speak openly without pressure or judgment. She listens carefully, considers thoughts, emotions, and bodily experience together, and helps clients explore new perspectives and practical next steps at a pace that suits them. Her approach draws on principles of systemic coaching, somatic methods, and other therapeutic tools. She believes that people already have answers within themselves and can benefit from support in reconnecting with them.
