Alexandre ROMIEU

Alexandre Romieu is a mental performance coach and Ericksonian hypnosis practitioner based in Lyon, France. He works with individuals, businesses, schools, associations, sports clubs and institutions, supporting children aged six and up, teenagers and adults—from beginners to experienced performers. His services focus on wellbeing and personal or professional performance.

Individual sessions combine mental preparation and Ericksonian hypnosis, offered in person or by video, with group sessions available on request. Mental preparation helps clients set goals, strengthen confidence and motivation, improve concentration, manage emotions and stress, prepare for exams or competitions, and develop a constructive approach to setbacks. Hypnosis sessions address concerns including smoking and other dependencies, fears and phobias, grief and trauma, sleep difficulties, weight management and emotional regulation.

For organisations and groups, Alexandre offers introductory workshops, seminars, conferences, self-hypnosis workshops and themed programmes on performance and wellbeing, including in-person and online formats. He holds a Master’s degree in sports science and mental preparation and is trained as a technician and practitioner in Ericksonian hypnosis.
