Alexa von Lützau

Alexa von Lützau is a veterinarian offering horse owners an integrated approach to equine wellbeing through biomechanically guided saddle fitting and chiropractic care. Combining veterinary expertise with saddle-fitting skills, she considers more than the saddle alone: her assessments may also take into account the horse’s movement, housing, feeding and training to help identify factors affecting comfort and mobility.

Her services include independent, on-site saddle fitting at riding stables, with measurements, assessment of saddle fit in motion and a written report. She also provides chiropractic examinations and treatment, including a detailed history, movement analysis, gentle work to address restrictions and blockages, and exercises and advice for ongoing care. For riders seeking equipment, Alexa can help source new or used saddles from brands that can be adjusted to fit the horse on site. She also offers saddle adjustments and repairs, and sells suitable pre-owned saddles on commission. Alexa visits clients in Havixbeck and within a 30-kilometre radius, supporting horse and rider with a calm, individual and practical service.
