Alex Wright-Moore

Alex Wright-Moore is a women’s holistic coaching and consulting practice founded by Alex Wright-Moore, a coach, writer and strategic advisor based in Canberra. Drawing on her background as a former UN human rights lawyer and senior Australian public servant, as well as her lived experience, Alex supports women navigating demanding careers, personal transitions and patterns of burnout. Her trauma-informed approach brings together behavioural science, conscious strategy and somatic practices to help clients regulate their nervous systems, make sustainable decisions and move beyond survival mode.

Services include individual and strategic coaching for executives, public servants and founders; the six-month Believing Into Becoming group coaching program; and in-person somatic reset sessions at the Sanctuary Studio in South Canberra. Studio offerings include Reiki and crystal bowl sound therapy. Alex also hosts women’s circles and holistic health and wellness retreats, including a planned retreat in Mudgee, and provides speaking engagements and corporate advisory work. Her writing and resources explore behavioural design, somatic alignment, modern living and sustainable leadership.
