Alfa Proxima

Alfa Proxima is a Slovenian environmental-measurement company serving municipalities, schools and other institutions. It provides turnkey monitoring solutions that help clients understand local environmental conditions and share clear, reliable information with communities. Its services cover consultation and planning, installation of modular measuring equipment, continuous data collection, analysis, visualisation and preparation of reports required by environmental regulations.

The company’s devices support real-time indicative monitoring of air quality and noise, with measurement options tailored to local needs. Air monitoring can include particulate matter, nitrogen dioxide, ozone and a broader range of gases, while meteorological measurements cover factors such as temperature, humidity, rainfall, air pressure and wind. Noise sensors measure levels in residential environments. Data is transferred to SensWare, Alfa Proxima’s digital platform, where results are presented in an accessible format and can also be shared through municipal websites or mobile applications.

Alfa Proxima additionally offers education and training related to air quality. It is developing a programme for indoor-air measurements, with plans to provide data and expert recommendations for improving indoor conditions.
