Aligner is a network station that helps teams define work, find suitable contributors, and manage delivery and payment through a structured request. Teams create clear briefs with defined scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets, then review explained matches based on contributors’ relevant capabilities and work history before making the final selection. Example requests include AI product testing, trading interface research, wallet onboarding reviews, market-specific user research, community operations audits, and campaign message testing.

Contributors can browse requests, choose work that fits their experience, and build a track record through completed, paid assignments. The platform is designed to fund budgets before offers are made, hold funds in escrow, and release payment after the team approves work against agreed criteria. Disputes are intended to receive a fair resolution. Payments are described as available in USDC, USDT, or SOL on Solana, with contributors paying no platform fee. Aligner’s Basic plan is listed as free for teams, with a proposed service fee on released payments; a paid Pro plan is planned but not yet available.
