Alinesoft is the first brand of ART Sofware Oy, a Finnish software company specialized in developing advanced fertility treatment softwares. About Alinesoft
ALINE is a browser-based fertility clinic management system developed by ART Software Oy in Joensuu, Finland. Designed specifically for fertility care, it combines electronic medical records with tools for managing patient data, administration, and daily clinic workflows. The cloud-based SaaS platform works across internet-enabled devices and receives seamless updates.
Its features support appointment scheduling, patient and donor registries, treatment planning, outcome monitoring, and the management of patient agreements. An integrated IVF laboratory module helps clinics coordinate procedures and maintain traceability of samples and materials. ALINE also supports tissue-bank management for frozen oocytes, sperm, and embryos, as well as donor-recipient matching for donation treatments.
Additional capabilities include staff access controls, resource management, billing, cryobilling, and treatment statistics for reporting and internal quality review. The system includes shortcuts to Finland’s Kanta patient data repository and ePrescription services, with further integrations available to meet local requirements.
