Aline Van Geyt

Aline Van Geyt is a wedding and couples photographer based in Costa Rica and available for travel worldwide. Mexican-born and living in Costa Rica since 2013, Aline documents weddings and meaningful stories of connection with an approach that blends documentary honesty and an editorial eye. Her work focuses on genuine moments—the quiet gestures, shared laughter and spontaneous movement that make each story personal—rather than stiff posing.

Aline photographs weddings on both digital and film, combining the immediacy of digital images with the warmth and distinctive texture of film. Her services include destination weddings, elopements, proposals, couples sessions, family photography and portraits. She works in Costa Rica and wherever clients would like to create their photographs.

The experience begins with a conversation and collaborative planning, helping clients feel comfortable before the camera comes out. On the day, Aline offers gentle direction when useful while leaving room for events to unfold naturally. Her aim is to create honest, artful photographs that preserve not only how a moment looked, but how it felt.
