Alison Orchard

Alison Orchard is a contemporary British artist based on the Surrey and Hampshire border, creating original paintings inspired by land, sea and light. Her gestural abstract works draw on the Cornish coastline and the woodlands near her Hampshire studio, capturing natural forms and changing atmospheres through layered colour, washes, pastels and expressive brushwork.

The artist offers original paintings in a range of sizes, including seascapes, works on paper, life drawings and encaustic paintings. Customers can browse and buy through her online shop or visit her gallery to experience the artwork in person. The collection also includes prints, gift vouchers, cards and books, with options across different price ranges.

For customers seeking art suited to a particular interior, Orchard provides painting commissions and a “Try Before You Buy” option for local customers. She also offers workshops and practical guidance on choosing, commissioning and presenting paintings. UK mainland delivery is available on featured work, and visitors are encouraged to check gallery opening times or get in touch before visiting.
