Alix Turoff Nutrition is a brand dedicated to helping individuals break free from diet culture and find a new way to love their bodies through food. Headed by Alix Turoff, a Registered Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer, and virtual nutrition coach, the brand offers a range of products and services to support this mission. With a focus on sustainable approaches, Alix believes that unsustainable diets and exercise regimens keep individuals stuck in the weight loss/weight gain cycle.
Through science-based nutrition education and mindful eating, Alix has discovered the key to having it all. The brand aims to teach individuals how to enjoy delicious food, indulge in cocktails, exercise for enjoyment, and live in a body they're proud of. With 1:1 nutrition coaching, group coaching programs, and the Flexible Nutrition Starter Kit, individuals can overcome their eating struggles and achieve lasting results.
With qualifications including a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition, certification as a Registered Dietitian, and more, Alix brings expertise and credibility to her coaching. The brand also introduces Paige Heiden, a lead Dietitian with a background in dietetics and clinical nutrition, who is passionate about helping individuals live healthier lives without deprivation or obsession. If you're ready for a positive change and to conquer your health once and for all, Alix Turoff Nutrition is here to support you
