The Health Goodness Association in Wadi Al-Dawasir Governorate is a nonprofit organization working to improve community quality of life through treatment services, preventive programs, and community partnerships. Alongside direct assistance, it offers health-awareness activities, including educational sessions and screening initiatives, and supports people seeking care, rehabilitation, or medical aid through its beneficiary services.

The organization invites the public to contribute to urgent and ongoing projects, request a dedicated fundraising campaign, and participate through its volunteer opportunities. It also shares annual reports, governance policies, news, and information about its initiatives and partners. Based in Wadi Al-Dawasir, the association collaborates with healthcare providers and charitable organizations to strengthen local access to care and promote prevention.
