Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is a nonprofit humanitarian organization serving communities since 1990. Supported by volunteers, donors, staff, and partners, it works to improve the lives of vulnerable people in Pakistan and beyond, including orphans, widows, and people affected by poverty, unemployment, and emergencies. Its work combines immediate relief with sustainable community development and disaster preparedness.

The foundation’s services span disaster management, healthcare, education, clean water and sanitation, orphan care, Islamic microfinance, and other community programs. Initiatives include interest-free loans, academic scholarships, schools, hospitals, ambulances, water projects, and food distribution. It also operates facilities such as Aghosh homes and hostels that provide residential care and support for vulnerable children. Mobile health units bring medical services to underserved areas, while water pumps help provide safe drinking water in drought-affected regions.

Alkhidmat invites the public to contribute through donations, zakat, bank transfers, and collection services, or to take part as volunteers. Its programs aim to help people rebuild their lives and strengthen their resilience through compassionate, practical support.
