All About Romance (AAR) is an online resource dedicated to romance novels and the readers who love them. Founded in 1996, the site spent three decades publishing unbiased book reviews, author interviews, industry commentary, and other features focused on the romance genre. In 2026, AAR became an archival site, with no new content planned; its extensive collection of tens of thousands of reviews, blog posts, interviews, and features remains available to readers and researchers.

Visitors can explore romance recommendations through AAR’s Power Search, browse new and vintage reviews, and discover books by using tags. The site also preserves its popular Top 100 Romances list, annual reader poll, special-title listings, and Sensuality Ratings. Its blog archives include The Blog at AAR, ask@AAR, and Vox Populi, while The Agora offers a forum for community discussion. Readers can join conversations through article comments and support the site through donations or purchases from AAR’s Amazon store. AAR serves as a lasting guide to romance fiction and a record of its readers’ conversations and criticism.
