The Allan Gray Orbis Foundation is dedicated to investing in the education and development of individuals with entrepreneurial potential in Southern Africa. Our belief is that these young and driven individuals have the power to make a significant and positive impact on the economic lives of their communities, cities, and even the country as a whole. We take a holistic approach to entrepreneurship development, focusing on cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset, developing entrepreneurial skills and competencies, and understanding the African and global ecosystems.

Our goal is to empower and nurture entrepreneurs and leaders who will create long-term, meaningful job opportunities and embody the values of ethical leadership. Our range of programs includes the Allan Gray Entrepreneurship Challenge, open to primary and high school students, which cultivates an entrepreneurial mindset through gamified learning. We also offer high school and university scholarship programs, providing educational funding and support for students with entrepreneurial potential.

Once participants graduate from our Fellowship Program, they become part of our Alumni Association, gaining access to entrepreneurial and business development support, as well as funding opportunities.
