Allen County Fairgrounds

Allen County Fairgrounds is a renowned brand that offers a wide range of recreational and educational opportunities for youth, families, and the community. Established in 1989, it serves as the permanent home for the Allen County Fair and Allen County 4-H Clubs. The fairgrounds, a non-profit 501c3 organization, operates solely through donations, sponsorships, fundraisers, and facility rentals, without relying on tax dollars.

With support from corporate donors, 4-H families, civic organizations, and community-minded benefactors, the Allen County Fairgrounds has expanded over the years. Its facilities, including the Administration Building, serve as the hub for various events and activities. From the popular Allen County Fair to special events, the fairgrounds offer a vibrant social calendar for visitors to enjoy.

Commercial vendors also participate, providing a variety of products and services. The fairgrounds are managed by a volunteer-based board of directors, supported by two paid staff members, and countless dedicated volunteers. Their mission is to promote youth development, foster community engagement, and provide educational and recreational programs.

To stay updated on news, events, and volunteer opportunities, visitors can subscribe to the fairgrounds' newsletter. With its rich history and commitment to the community, Allen County Fairgrounds continues to be a beloved summertime tradition for residents and tourists alike
