Aller Guten Dinge Soest

Studio Aller Guten Dinge Soest provides autism-specific support for children and young people on the autism spectrum and their families. Founded by Judith Strathmann, the practice takes an individualized, holistic approach grounded in trust and partnership. It recognizes clients as experts on themselves and values their strengths, interests, communication, and ways of relating to others.

Support is designed to encourage self-esteem, self-determination, participation, and the development of strategies for everyday life. Families and relevant social and institutional networks are included in consultation and planning. Services include autism-focused support sessions, advice, and training, with the number of sessions based on the allocation set by the responsible social or youth welfare authority.

Each support unit lasts 60 minutes, and any changes in need are discussed with the client, guardians, and funding body. The studio also offers relaxation approaches informed by Strathmann’s additional training as a certified autogenic training instructor, children’s massage trainer, and Wobbel Yoga teacher. These activities aim to foster calm, mindfulness, and self-respect
