Allergylicious is a brand that offers delicious vegan and allergy-friendly recipes for individuals with food allergies, sensitivities, or specific dietary requirements. Founded by Nicole, a mother who discovered her son Xander's severe food allergies to Dairy, Eggs, and Peanuts, Allergylicious aims to provide a safe and enjoyable culinary experience for those with similar challenges.

Nicole's passion for creating delectable desserts led her to develop a cookbook called "Sweet Cheats," filled with allergen-free dessert recipes. She later became a Board Certified Health Coach to help other families facing similar struggles. Through her blog, she shares her family's journey and offers support and encouragement to others navigating food, health, and lifestyle obstacles.
